Dr. Johanna Gaffrey, DPT (left) and Dr. Kaylee Simmerman, DPT, Mom (right) of The Hope Doctors help women improve their pelvic floor health and work to educate women on how to prevent and resolve pelvic floor dysfunction that impact their daily lives. The pelvic floor is highly impacted during pregnancy and birth, so they are a can’t miss event!
Dr. Natalie Maddox Rougié, DACM, Dipl OM, NCPT of Palm Wellness has been supporting women through their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum periods for over 17 years. She is a wealth of knowledge regarding Traditional Chinese Medicine, holistic nutrition, and pilates which are all supportive during the changes you experience while becoming a mother.
Barbara Nelson, CCC-SLP, CLC of January Consulting has over a decade of experience supporting families to safely and happily feed their infants. A large part of her mission (and the catalyst for this event) is to support mothers with quality resources so they can relax when things are going well and act when they are not.
Ryann Kuchle, LSCW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She founded and runs her private practice, which offers both in person and virtual counseling that specializes in postpartum and maternal mental health, as well as grief and loss. Maternal mental health is highly impacted by sleep deprivation and the many changes that comes with motherhood, so we are thrilled to have Ryann speak at this event.
